Icon2 B18c wont idle at all! PLEASE HELP

I just put in a 98 b18c type r into my 90 crx. My tuner guy gave me a p06 that he added everything for vtec and chromed chipped. The problem is that it won't idle at all. If I start it and hold the gas it revs smooths, sounds great. But as soon as I let off it dies. I have checked and even changed the iacv, didn't change, the wires are good. Checked the tps and map, tried swapping them and it mad it run real bad, so they are good. Antifreeze is filled up, checked the ecu in my buddies integra and it idled. Pulled all the wires and checked them, they looked good. I don't know what else to try. If I create a vacuum leak it will idle low around 400 or 500. So it's not getting any air at all I guess. Any help is appreciated, thank you

either ignition timing, cam timing or the tune is off.

really good chance it's one of those 3

if the car sputters when you rev it you might have the map/iacv backwards

Well thank you one person out of the whole site for trying to help me diagnose the problem. I ended up stripping the iacv wire right before it went into the ecu and I could manually make it work. So I know the computer wasn't doing it's job. My buddies car that I tried it on is a older motor that has a bypass for the iacv and didn't need it to idle. So I changed the computer and it ran great

Good you got it working. Had to be the IAC not working properly. My swap from H-motors did the exact same thing because the IAC was stuck closed. After popping it off and cleaning it out, the engine idled normal (though the IAC was slower than normal). Eventually that IAC started throwing codes so I swapped it out. Been fine ever since.
