Just like the title says. Car is very clean inside and out. I put the car together with the intention of having a daily driver that will last me a long time, and I came across a good deal on a newer car that I could not pass up. -Current Mileage on the engine is ~2000 miles since the mild rebuild. I recently did the head gasket (resurfaced by G&R machine shop in Eagle Rock), timing belt, water pump, front oil seal, and tensioner. I have receipts showing the purchase of the parts. Runs great and the MPG is amazing. I only use genuine OEM HONDA COOLANT, and ATF. Car is AUTOMATIC, if it bothers you swap it out. I've seen 5 speed swaps go for around ~$300

-A/C blows cold, heater works well, power windows.

-The current mileage on the odometer is 215,571 and counting as I will be driving it intermittently.

-Lowered on Tein s-tech, and stock shocks.

-HX wheels, tires with about 80% life

-Clean paint. Front end and rear bumper were repainted by T&L auto body in the San Gabriel Valley

changing the water pump, timing belt and head gasket is not rebuilding the motor! That is just maintenance that should be done a long time ago on a car that has 200k+ miles. That should in no way influence the asking price of the car

Granted it's not a rebuild. But when you buy a car that's not maintained you also pay for that and get it a deal, correct? I edited the title to say "Maintained".What's a fair asking price?
