Default problem with swap

I put new rod bearings in a B16 and swapped it into my 90 crx si. I put assembly lube on both sides of the bearings and the crank would spin very easily. Converted it to OBD1, using a chipped p28, gsr cams.

Problem is the engine cranks but the cam gears and timing belt are barely turning and the car won't start.

Any ideas?

um... when you crank it, they usually look like the turn slowly... Maybe you mean really slow. Is the timing belt on tight/correctly?

Did you torque the cam shafts down too tight?
