i have done some research and havent found anything that has helped.

i had a 93 del sol si, i swapped the motor to a new shell. everything worked fine in my old shell. when i swapped the engine over the fan does not kick on. i replaced the fan switch and thermostat, also checked the fuses.

fan will kick on if the circuit is looped. but why will they not kick on by themselves?

what else could be the problem?

any help would be great!

i feel dumb, wheres that located? fuse box under hood? checked those they were all fine.

 

car not getting warm enough to kick on?

 

no, car overheated. when i looped the fan, it did stay much cooler.

should i just wire it to a switch? i was also planning on putting water temp and oil pressure gauges in.
