Don't know how to explain it any better but in any gear whether full throttle or not it struggles throughout the rpm range I recently serviced it no CEL
changed Oil, oil filter, gas filter. spark plugs and air filter I don't know what else to do HELP

 

oh without vtec it runs smooth even feels way faster

 

I would check my exhaust, most especially the catalytic converter. A plugged or obstructed exhaust will cause these symptoms.
