I was looking at my Idle when I'm at a stop light or after I start my car and let it warm up for a little bit, and its at 1k RPM, When I am tuning it should I set it about 750 for normal every day use? I drive to school and work then back home every day. about 50 miles a day.

 

mines at like 950-1000. been there for 3 years now since it was stock to fully built.

 

So, stupid question, but why do you not put the idle to about 1500+ I know you can and nothing wrong with that i guess but why is it better around 750-1000?

Would that mean if it was running lower then 750 and or higher then 1500+ at idle the car would either for 750 lower be running to Lenient or 1500+ to Rich?
