Icon2 B16 Real hard cold start

I got a 8:1 comp turbo B16 and its really hard to start it.
Once it starts it idles rough for few seconds then it runs perfect.
Today was worse than the other days where it took me almost 10 mins of cranking to start it.
It sparks good.
Fuel pressure good
Timing is perfect
Battery's new.
New cap and rotor.
Can't really think of anything else.
Any help would be appreciated.

Coolant temp sensor? Not being rude or anything but What does that have to do with my problem?

The ECT sensor, supplies the ECU/ECM with the engines temperature, the ECU/ECM then in turn adjusts the A/F ratio so it is rich for starting a cold engine, as the engine warms up, the ECU/ECM will lean out the A/F ratio.

If the ECT senor is bad and "telling" the ECU/ECM the engine is warm, [normal running temp.] you will be trying to start on a lean A/F ratio.

Even if it is not the problem, you need to elliminate it as a possible problem, check/elliminate the easy stuff first. 94

The B18b1 has an ECT sensor, [for ECU/ECM] an ECT switch, [for rad fan control] and the ECTsending unit, for the temp. gauge in the cluster.

So questions are,,

Which ECT ?

What year is your Civic?

What year Integra ia the B18b1 from?

What engine harness are you using?

The PR4 ECU/ECM was used in the 90-91 Integra LS and GS, did you convert to OBD-0, or is the engine from a 90-91 Integra? 94
