I've got a D16Y8 motor that came out of my 99 Civic Ex Automatic. The car and engine had 160k on it and ran smooth as could be. No smoke out the exhaust, although it did have its share or random oil leaks which any car of this year and mileage would. I never pulled the motor apart since it was a DD for a few months until I swapped in my built motor. All sensors are on the motor as well as trans.

The transmission shifts perfectly and was drained and filled with Honda auto trans fluid back in May. I did the normal 3x fluid swap when I did the fluid change. Reasonable offers will be considered. Asking $700 for the combo and buyer pays for shipping or pickup.
