Default Hardcore stuck ball joints/wheel bearing

After completing my 5spd swap today on my 94 Accord I was double checking the lugs for tight-ness and I snapped a damn wheel stud. When I did my swap I removed the upper/lower control arms and the knuckle all as one piece due to a STUBBORN *** upper and lower ball joint that just refuse to come loose.

I have heated the knuckle up with a propane torch, let PB blaster sit on it for days. Yes I have a pickle fork, yes I have used it, and yes it has honestly bent trying to get these things out.

Suggestions?

On top of that I need to remove my wheel bearing (and preferably not replace it ) to get my new wheel studs in.

Someone please give me some help, I need my car 100% by Wednesday.

This is all you need to separate ball joints and tie-rod ends.

Any suggestions on getting the wheel bearing assembly out without damaging it?

Gotcha, I've looked it up. Seems like the majority of people get four-five inch bolts thread them into the assembly and knock it out with either an impact hammer or some sort of big maul. Off to the hardware store tomorrow!

I don't know about you but i have a 97 accord and i don't have to remove the hub assy to put new studs in. Just remove the caliper and heat/debris shield and there is a notch cut out on the back of the spindle to put in the new studs. I haven't done it for a while so i can't tell you exactly how it's done but you can do it without removing the hub.

i actually just replace all 4 studs on a hub while doing a 5 spd conversion yesterday.
i left the knuckle on the car, took the axle and caliper off and then loosened the 4 bolts that hold the hub in,put an impact socket on and hammered a little on each bolt and the hub popped out, then hammered the studs out, and put the new ones in. i have done them from the rear when it was jsut one before but it was a pain in the *** comapred to doing all 4 while it was all out.
