gsr cams on a b16?

Is there any power gain in switching my stock b16 cams to gsr cams in my b16a3 del sol? Is it even worth the time doing? thanks in advance

gsr cams are very slightly more aggressive, not worth the time switching oem cams imo unless they are itr/ctr

if your are NA, no it's not worth the time
if your turboed... then yes its' worth it.
