Heres some smog passing help, install a cat, Oem exhaust, stock intake etc. in addition to that we need to eliminate these clean air initiative liberal sissies that are turning california into a ***** *** tree hugging state. You guys know what is coming jan 31st right? In addition to that the clean air act is forcing businesses out of state. They then create more pollution having to produce out of state, then ship it back to cali on a polluting 18 wheeler or train. Smart thinking cali.

Im sure everyone knows this but I love when you hear car companies advertise their special "california version" ram, jetta, etc. cali version means more emission restrictions and not as much hp lol. Your best bet is to find a friend or family member that you can trust that lives in a state or county that doesnt smog. For example, phoenix does smog but havasu does not, both are in Arizona so do your research. Put the car in that persons name, have them register it out of state and boom, b20 turbo no cat, h22 from 1995 in your 2000 civic, 3" cannon exhaust, do whatever you want lol. Theres some good help, you can paypal me some $ now, took me years to figure that one out.

Help My co% failed!!
Well I just failed my smog for the 2nd time -__- first i thought it would be my AEM SHORT RAM INTAKE so i replace it with the OEM INTAKE. Still failed with a high CO%
so check this out. 15 mph failed but pass 25mph... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE
this is my working car and i need it to pass asap please someone help me out on this... everything else looks good but just the dam co%
THe only thing i dont is change intake to regular OEM with a new airfilter.

suck up 1/3 bottle through brake booster. shut engine down for 1 hour, 1/3 in gas tank, 1/3 in oil.
start and let run. change oil. run engine hard. go smog.

fernando did you just join to pimp us for free knowledge? jk i really dont care. your best bet is too make sure your timing is perfect. If you have time change the fuel filter, run the cleanair thing that smogtips.com says, change the air filter, change the oil. run it til the tank runs its course. fill it up again, drive the car for 40 minutes then go smog it. if you can find a good cat for cheap switch it, but that prolly wont happen.

Dont change your cat, it only reduces NOX and your passing fine on that. Your problem is the cpu is being told to run a rich mixture but your motor/cat are burning it off fine. have somebody back probe your o2 sensor
