Default transmission issues

Hi guys,

just to summarize what I have, I had my transmission rebuild last june 2012, this week, ive been noticing, from a complete stop, i would start fine then I felt that on second gear, its slipping and I could feel the jerk,to 3rd gear, and 4th is fine, last night, I was driving from a complete stop on the light, I could roll easily, but my foot is all the way down, and I was just rolling and all of a sudden I would move like its chugging forward then after that it rolls fine, im just confused, after minutes of driving the problem is gone, few questions, could be the weather caused this? we had a 48 degrees las week here in miami, and I notice for the first time, the transmission fluid is overfilled, like way above the mark, that I could even see the fluid from the top to the hole after removing the dipstick, and i washed the engine as well yesterday before driving the car as I just finished installing a new power steering pump on my honda accord, could this cause the jerking of my car?

Default Re: transmission issues

you need to check the fluid on a flat surface with the transmission hot.. From what I have seen honda autos do not like to be rebuilt. If its under warrenty then I would have the shop who rebuilt it take a look at it. Yes washing the engine bay could cause issues
