is there anything i can do to FIX this cracked/chip motor mount on the block?

any help well do, just need help to see if i can repair this myslef be four i go to a machine shop.

 

I have seen things like that welded, re-drilled and tapped. Don't know how strong it is, but I have never seen one fail

 

pull the engine and take it to a welding shop and have them weld it back up thats what we do when they brake works pretty good only thing that sucks is you have to pull the engine most times.

 

at the very least everything around that area will need to be taken off, then clean the crap out of the casting, then groove the edges so you get good penetration. it can most def be done, but it's no 10 minute job
