civic 2004 adjust front lights direction

Hi,

i get my Civic LX Recently, after broken the front light, i notice that it need some adjustment How can i do it by myself!?

Do you have an Owner's Manual for the car? If not, I'd suggest locating one either on eBay, or through Honda. It'll have the answers for most of your simple requests.
