Squeaking sound came back
This how my car sounds. when going over bumps. driving slow on uneven roads. the last time this happen was around spring time n the sound stopped by itself. But last week it rained them next day I heard the sound 24hr later it was gone. now on Thursday it was raining again then Friday the sound came back and its still making the sound. this only happens when it cold. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Sounds like sway bar bushings to me.
What you can do that would be relatively easy. Unbolt the endlinks of the sway bar from the lower control arm. Then jounce the car again. If the noise goes away, sway bar bushings. If this is happening after it rains, albeit some water gets between the bar and bushing, and when it begins to dry out the water causes the bar-bushing interface to slip and grip. That in turn causes a vibration which makes the audible squeaking.

Put the spare tire on and turn the wheel all the way to one side. The spare is smaller and you can get your head in there and see or hear where it is coming from.
I had a squeak that would not go away and every time I lifted the car it would dispaear.
It turned out to be the cotter pin on the lower ball joint rubbing against the brake shield.

So I checked everything. N can't find it.. endlinks are new. Tie rod less then a year. Whole axle new. Upper control arm new... can struts make that sound? Thinking of replacing it. Don't know when the last time it was changed.

You probably need to undo the sway bar link bolt without removing the nut completely and get some all purpose grease and a q-tip and lightly grease the rubber bushings. It will take some finnagling. Then tighten it back up. Otherwise second place would be lower ball joint, especially if you have a Mevotech ball joint. Never buy Mevotech, they literally make junk parts. I can not stress this to anyone that reads this any more strongly.

is there a way to test it?
Not really. Just lube up the end link bushings first and ride test em. Then I would disconnect the upper control arm nut and manually turn the upper ball joint. See if that squeaks. If not, then it probably is the lower ball joint.
Today i went to get my ball joint replace it the squeaking sound stopped. drove home with the radio off and windows down in this cold weather.
