hey guys i just bought some mugen seats and they have dc2 rails but i was wondering if they would fit in my EK couple???

okay so i can just swap the rails from the ek seats to the mugen seats right???

 

Those are fake seats. Hope you didn't pay much for them.

The DC2 rails will fit in your EK but only 3 bolts will line up. You can be seriously injured if you do this, so get EK rails for these seats, or better yet, sell them to someone else and save up to buy some real seats.

Here's my friend's car; he was driving with only 3 bolts instead of all 4. And these were on real deal Recaros, not fake ones.

 

thanks bro and i know there fake and i didnt pay anything for them my friend had them in the garage and gave them to me but im replacing my stock seats cause the guy that had the car before me was a smoker and i just striped the inside cause it smelt so bad so these are temp until i buy some brides and okay what if i switch the bases??

 

I don't think the stock seat rails will work. You will probably need some kind of universal seat rail.

 

oh okay ill just use 3 bolts untill i get my brides in the next month thanks

 

I guess you didn't read why only bolting 3 of these down is a TERRIBLE ******* IDEA. I even posted a picture for you. Have fun if you get in a wreck like that.

 

i know i seen the pictures its just i cant stand the smell of the car and ive had it air out for a few days and the smells still there thats why im using them probably until friday
