Default b16a cranks but doesn't start

All of a sudden my car would crank but doesn't start. It all started when I left my car idling for a few minutes. When I returned my car was turned off, and the last few days before my car had been idling below 500. Anyways, when I returned to my car I tried turning it on and nothing. I could hear the fuel pump engage so I don't think it is my fuel pump. I also found some fuel in two of my spark plugs. I took the spark plugs out dried them up and waited for them to dry to check for spark, and there is no spark. Before I start spending money I want to make sure I know exactly what is going on. At the moment what I know is that it may be my distributor, but i am not one hundred percent sure. Also, I opened up the distributor cap and the rotor was attached to its place without the screw on it. I found the screw stuck, next to these wires like the screw fell off. Any ideas on this? I really appreciate any help with this issue thank you.

Finding the screw out of the rotor in the dizzy is not good.that will most likely be your no spark problem right there.if the rotor were to spin out of place,it can cause problems with the timing of the spark,or make no spark at all.put the screw back in and make sure the rotor is pointing to the right cyl. wire in accordance to the firing order.
