Default 4th gen Prelude backfire, no start?

I recently did a full timing job on my 93 Lude (F22a6 block/H23A1 head).
Replaced all belts, tensioners, seals, water pump, etc.
He was running beautifully for the last couple months, no problems at all! Then one day, at the end of an hour long drive, I ran into some trouble. Going about 60-65 down the highway, my car starts jerking around really hard. Lots of shuddering, lots of shaking, lots of backfire, no power at all. I put in in neutral and started coasting, and it immediately killed the car. When I put it back into gear, it jerked the engine on and kept running like ****. At a standstill, I get crank, but doesn't turn over. Tons of backfire while trying to start. I don't even know where to start. All the backfire sounds like timing to me, but I just did the timing? Any ideas?
