Hey im not sure what to call this brown "stuff" (sorry not sure what they're called) on my heating system. Im looking to replace it because it is in very old and bad condition. Does anyone know where I can buy new "brown stuff"

Sticky one side whether-stripping buy rolls of it at any hardware store, comes in diff. widths and thickness, even density, you want the really foamy soft stuff. 94
