Did you blow the fuel pump fuse under the dashboard? Or maybe you blew a fuse under the hood? have you checked all your fuses yet, to make sure everything is okay?

check your fuses. does the main relay click when you turn the key on? if not you need to check a couple things with a test light. first make sure there is 12v power straight from the battery with the key off. i believe its black/yel in color. next, with the ignition on, you want to test the yel/black wire for 12v. if your test light does not light up, you blew the main relay as it is what provides power to the ecu, injectors, fuel pump...etc.

Thanks for the replys, yeah I tested fuses and there good, just had ICM tested and its good, I'll test for 12v on the distributor now, thanks again for the good advice.

Can I re-solder the main relay or would I have to get a new one?

the distributor has nothing to do with this other than getting its 12v signal from the ecu. you arent testing the ecu or distributor. we know the fuel pump is not working. 99% of the time a fuel pump not turning on is the fuel pump.

heres a diagram of the power distribution diagram.

radiator fan gets its power directly from the main relay.

tested wires, was not getting 12v, pulled main relay and soldered and started right up thank god.

Still having a problem with the fans not kicking on. Temp stays right at half. I jumped the connector and fans turn on. Just replaced thermostat which was stuck open and bled cooling system. No cel. Whats the next proper step to try? Cooling fan relay? or whats the box next to the ecu ive read about.

Thanks, John

get a scanner on it and see what the coolant temp is at. stock, i believe the fans wont turn on til 192. as long as it stays under 205*, its not overheating.
