Default ABS, Brake and TCS stay on - all other lights are out

Got in my 2003 honda accord yesterday and the dash is completely dark except the TCS, ABS and Brake light which stay on all the time. Speedometer doesn't work - it's stuck at 0 mph and the RPMs are saying 1,500 at all times. It's been raining like crazy here for about a week straight so I'm wondering if water might of gotten into something which is causing the TCS, ABD and Brake light to stay on?

I'm guessing a burnt out fuse is causing the rest of the dash to be dark. But I do find it interesting that certain lights on the dash work - the TCS, Brake, ABS and the blinkers all work.

I don't want to put more the $50 into this car as it's on its way out. Also the fan doesn't work anymore so I have no heat or a/c.

I just had a problem with my ABS light and found it to be the brake switch stop pad. Got a replacement for $3.68 at the honda dealer, fixed the problem. No more lights on dash problem :-)

I had new tires put on my car. When I left the lot, the triangle and TCS light came on. took it back but they did nothing. Another shop told me they must have disconnected the wheel sensor. 1 st shop ssays everything is connected. Honda dealer wants $80 per wheel to check it out. Where are the wheel sensors?
