Default Leftover after sound deadening removed

I used dry ice to remove all the sound deadening stuff. Now I have left over yellow glue stuff. Is there an easy way to remove this?

if its glue then i would try putting a towel on it and putting some paint thinner on it so that it can soak there for a little bit. then a wire brush. just a guess i have never removed that glue but thats pretty much how i got glue off from stupid stickers i had that were sunbaked on. the paint thinner maid the glue moist again and then it came off alot easier than when it was dry

Kerosene, gloves, rags and a gas mask in a well ventilated area.

Lighter fluid for zippo lighters works really well too.

Do it in a VERY well ventilated area. Working with PB blaster left me with a visit to the ER with poisoning.
