Default 2000 si ecu doesn't have power

I have a 2000 civic si and it would keep losing it's memory and would not allow me to pass emissions. Now it doesnt power up at all. Any ideas?

battery is fine... has good voltage... Was noticing while trying to diagnose this thing that the power going into the main relay is 12.4v but as soon as the key is turned on it drops into the 2.2-2.8v range... 148 views and only 1 reply???? Come on guys lol...

Do ll the other electrical parts on your car work?
When was the last time you had your alternator replaced?

Battery or compromised connection/ground/wiring.

The battery ground is a zero gauge wire ran straight to the chassis all new.

Does the main relay plug get battery voltage from both hood fuse 44 (6) and dash fuse 13 (7)?
