Default tire prob?

i was checking my tires the other day and i noticed that the inside treads of my front tires are worn down so much that the steel belts are showing... my car is also tilted a little to the left side... the ride height is higher on the right side and lower on the left side... my steering is also pretty jumpy at times... i know my struts are in pretty bad shape, but does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this and how to fix it?... will an alignment do the trick?... thanks

1 im guessing u have coilovers! make sure there all adjusted to the same height. and 2 its called negative camber. i fu lower ur car without a camber kit u get shitty wear on ur tires. thats why i rock blackouts. 22 bucks mounted and balanced per tire!
