Default B16 turbo breaking up before boost...

Ok, so about a month or so ago I had an issue with breaking up @ all times which I could see on the wideband reading lean which turned out to be clogged ID injectors. Service at BoostLabs and all was well. Well, took the car to the local 1/8th and realized the vibration had loosened up and dropped the bolts for manifold to turbo contact.....which was a large exhaust leak/not building boost. Went out of town for a week. When returning I put a new T3 mounting gasket and hardware on. The car runs @ about 14.5ish crusing while breaking up (almost like the injectors again) I can take it up till it hits ANY amount of boost and It magically clears up but backfires and feels underpowered. Hits 12.5 WOT at boost. Ideas? It was @ 14.5-15.5 cruising after being tuned and ran perfect. Car has a new Napa dizzy, stock ignition, new phearable.net Omnipower 4 bar and new NGK wires with heat range 7 NGKs gapped @ .020. Help is appreciated!

Try a distributor which you know is oem & is in working order.

I have had absolutely nothing but problems with aftermarket autozone & napa distributors on the dyno on customer's cars.

Only use OEM ignition components if your using a distributor.
Cap, Rotor, Coil, Plug wires etc.

Totally lost....replaced dizzy with O.E.M. new plugs another set of wires to no prevail. I have removed the injectors to just check to make sure nothings clogging them and when putting them back on car ran perfect! Then a few minutes later came right back ... so I double checked my injector wiring and there is continuity all thru it from the ECU. Ideas?
