DC2 integra squeak from under dash when accelerating.

DC2 integra squeak from under dash when accelerating.
Squeak occurs below dash/steering wheel only when initially accelerating in gear. Does not occur when car is in neutral or idling.
Ive searched and only seem to find DA integras with issues w/ speedometer cable from tranny needing to be greased that would fix a similar noise from inside the car. But when i disconnect my vss plug there is no cable or opening to add grease, its just a plug. are they not the same as the DC integras?
FYI car is stock, 2000 5spd, no intake. Vid below of the noise in action.
