Help Car loses power at higher rpm after rebuild
I have a turbo charged lsvtec and I just got my engine rebuilt with CP 9:0 pistons and eagle rods, and supertech valve train at a shop. Now the car drives fine but when you give it a lot of gas the tach goes to 0 and the car loses all power. Then once u let go of the gas and then reapply the gas it will work fine again. This only happens when you give it a **** ton of gas and really open up the throttle.
Anyone now what this could be? I was thinking maybe vacuum leak or that the air fuel ratio is off, and there is too much air and it would need a retune. What do you guys think?

What EMS is it running? is it tuned or just chipped? Didn't see where you mentioned that. Only that it was rebuilt. And do you NOT have any gauges to monitor what is going on? Like a wideband?
Here's more information:
bottom is b18b1, head is b16a2. Skunk2 intake mani and 70mm throttle body. Ecu was tuned at 10psi and the injectors are Injector dynamics 1000cc injectors.
No sadly I don't have a wideband. :/.
Also maybe this might be helpful, when driving it, it only seems to spool for like a second before the wastegate and bov go off. That's what led me to think vacuum leak. Or maybe they fucked up on setting the boost controller.
if rpm goes to 0 and later comes back. Inspect the ignitor!!!And you shouldnt be revving it high at all if it is not tuned. especially after rebuild because its not the same engine anymore.

ignitor or timing is off (remember the old v8's when timing was off, give it gas and it drops on its face, let off and feather and runs right, sound familiar?)
