Default Is there a difference between ex and si steering wheel?

The leather on my steering wheel is faded and ugly, so I'm looking to rewrap it in alcantara. I'm going to be sending the materials and my steering wheel out to be done professionally. To avoid not being able to use my car I'm thinking about buying a used steering wheel off eBay and sending it. I've found ex wheels to be a lot cheaper than si wheels, and they look very similar in pictures. Does anyone know if they are the same once all the wraps and covers are removed?

I believe the Si wheel is smaller in diameter. I don't know about the connections though.

I would be really surprised if they weren't the same size. Just make sure you get a steering wheel from a 2-door, some of the 4-door wheels are pretty nasty looking.

Check the part numbers from Hondapartsnow.com or some other site and see if there is a difference

They are the same diameter, and connections wouldn't matter as ill be swapping the controls and airbag from my current wheel.

I checked the part number before I posted this thread. It does list them as different, however I believe that is because they come with different wraps. I'm convinced they're they exact same once everything is removed. I already purchased the one I posted a pic of, so ill update when I can confirm this.

Airbags are interchangeable between Si and non-Si. The steering wheels are the same size.

The "Si" wheel is used in 06-11 civic si(duh lol), ex-l, lx-s, and hybrids with the leather package. The airbag is used in every civic from 06-11
