Default Getting RIght sensor set off on remote Viper 5904?

I have accord 2012 and got viper installed a month ago. I have tilt, motion, glass and stock shock sensor. Whenever the motion goes off the remote says it was the shock sensor it always says the shock sensor no amtter what. How do i fix this? Do i take it back to installer?

Also when the sound one goes off m remote only makes a sound three times and thats it doesnt show anything. Atleast I think its the sound sensor

Well the installer used the shock sensor port. That alarm has two sensor input ports. Use the second port.

I spoke to my installer and he said that Since i have four different sensors it can only show two at once on my remote. Therefore he connected the shock and motion in one slot and Tilt and glass break on another.

New installer. The system is multi plex. Two ports. 4 sensors. Blue wire one sensor. Green wire one sensor. X2

Where did you get the alarm, was it from a non authorized DEI dealer, like eBay?

How about the installer, is he qualified to install DEI alarms, [does he know about things like mulyiplex inputs]?94

Looks like they are an authorized dealer and install facility, but obviously something is wrong, I can see two sensors reporting the same zone when connected together, but not the trunk when tilt is triggered, unless he wired tilt to the trunk/hatch trigger input, nothing but the trunk opening should indicate a trunk violation.

Also if the trunk trigger input was used for the tilt, [or any sensor] I would want to know if a diode was installed on the trunk lead before the sensors input point, [to prevent damage to the sensors trigger output, also would want to know if diodes are used on all trigger leads from sensors that are paralleled into one input.

Have you gone back to the shop to see what they have to say? 94

I called him two days ago and he said that only one of the sensors awill report on the remote even if the other one connected to the same slot is triggered. But i saw that when motion is triggered it shows shock on remote but the motion is connected with audio. What should i tell them?

I know this may be a big hassle but can somebody draw a picture like this for my case i found on the forums by AxAtax?

But for sure THe remote should tell me each individual sensor that goes off correct?

I have Tilt sensor, Shock Sensor, Motion Sensor, and G Lass breaking Sensor.

I also have the one that says Viper Armed stand back but i dont think that has to do with anything.
