I've never ran the quarter, but looking forward to it. I have a 95' LS with i/h/e, fuel rail, fpr, GSR wiring harness(I don't know if this helps), pulleys, and almost completly gutted. My friends 00' GTS went 14.8 and he puts about a car on me through a marked 1/4. There is no way to calculate that, just thought I'd share.
