glasspack question
Ok this is going to sound dumb, but my exhaust got destroyed by a speed bump and Im awaiting shipping on an entire new system. But in the mean time my car is open header and I kind of need a car to get to school and work.
I was thinking if I clamped two 31" glasspacks in a row directly off of the header will it quiet down my exhaust a noticeable amount?
I just need to be able to drive it easy in the day temporarily without it being as obnoxiously loud as open header until I my parts come in. Its a b16.
Open to other suggestions as well, I just need it to be dirt cheap and something I can pick up asap.

I dont have any piping, basically the old exhaust fell off and got wrapped up like a straw lol
I tried to attach a muffler directly to the header but its too big

The answer is yes, it will quiet the car down some, but it will still be loud. as a temporary fix, i would find a muffler with a similar size inlet, and clap it to the header.
