Built in '03, includes work valve stems and valve caps, one minuscule curb, 3 chips in paint. broke a center cap while moving them last night so the price reflects that. A new set of center caps from a work dealer is $135 plus shipping, I also checked eBay and those are right at 100. tires are included but are about 75% worn.

Not sure on the build date, I'm thinking mid to late 80's
2 curbed spots on two seperate wheels, chips, scratches, etc. they're old, they aren't perfect. original valve stems, complete center caps with the plate, wave washer and center nut.

Extremely rare in the more common 17", almost non existant in 15"
