Default buying the right torque wrench

The time is coming soon where I will be putting my first motor build back together again, and so now it is time to buy my first torque wrench. It seems like the digital ones would be the best/most accurate option out there. I caught a honda-tech special in the vendor marketplace. 99$ shipped for this brownline digital

It torques at a max 150 ft/lbs. Is this the most I will need to use a torque wrench for? From what I've read/come across the most ill need to torque to spec is 140 ft/lbs for the crank pulley. I just want to things right the first time, and hopefully it will be something that will last me a long time.

Seems like it'll do the job. I had a cheap one from Harbor Freight for years and never had a problem. Now I have a digital Craftsman torque wrench from Sears. Haven't even used it once.

For anything over 60-70 ft/lbs I prefer non-digital. Be aware that its also a 1/2 inch drive.

For anything below 60-70 ft/lbs I would suggest use a 3/8 digital one. You have lots of nuts and bolts outside of the crank and outside of the head bolts that will be a pain using a 1/2 wrench.

I see, and using an adapter would alter the correct torque in theory. Right???

EDIT: Even using extensions and stuff alter torque specs, right?
