Default K24/K20 Build Need Advice!!!

Hello everybody. So, I'm building a K24 bottom end with a K20Z1 head. I have searched the threads but haven't really found any high HP builds. I'm looking at the 950whp range. I'm sitting at 600whp on my current K20 but want more. I'm going with the Precision 6766 Turbo (current GT35R), 2000cc ID Injectors (current 1000 CC Injectors), E85 ( Currently tuned on 93), DSS 5.9's (currently stock), Current K20Z1 transmission thats fully built with PPG 1-4 and TSX 5th, and sticking with the CC Twin Disc. What suggestions does everyone have for a setup that can make 950 to the wheels. I'm starting to purchase all of the parts now and I want to build this motor to last!!! Thanks for the input.

Looks like you have all your bases covered. Aside from the size of the turbo I'm not sure what more you're looking for? Is the motor already built? What parts?

Sorry, that's what I'm wanting to get suggestions on is exactly what to do with the motor. Such as go with Darton, AEBS, or ERL for sleeving the block; Wiseco, CP, etc for pistons, Rods, Cams, Valvetrain, upgrade the chain/chain tensioner, harmonic balancer, etc...

so you're making 600whp on a stock k20? ballsy.

what's your budget?

sleeves - your choice. they all work. the critical part is the install.
rods - spare no expense and get the best in the business. cunningham.
pistons - again your choice in whatever bore/compression you want
cams/valvetrain - 4piston custom turbo cams with their valvetrain

what intake manifold will you be using? i'd look into a center feed like hayward, excessive, gato, magnus, etc. with a big tb.

I have a fully built k20 on stock sleeves. My budget is whatever I have to spend pretty much but I'd like to stay under 15k

yea K20a.org has way more info on K's then honda-tech. I go back and forth from here to to there. Im wanting to build the same kinda build though. For the bottom end your going to want iron ductile sleeves. Golden eagle or ERL is the most used around my area. I would go with a K24a2 or k24a1 block. Im planning on using a stock 2006 spec TSX crankshaft , because they are counter balanced more. Rods either Carrillo or Manley I beam turbo tuff rods. Pistons Wiseco or CP , Cr 9.5-10.5. Lighten flywheel, I prefer Competition clutch. Crank pulley , ATI Performance Super Harmonic Damper , Make sure you get everything balanced. Oil pump,ERL S2000 oil pump. Cylinder head, 4 piston racing CNC port and polish. Cams either drag cartel or IPS cams if you can find them. Intake manifold either Xcessive motorsports or, AFI one. Throttle body between 88mm to 100mm. Intercooler piping cold side 3.5"-4". Hot side 3". Turbo T76-T88. Downpipe 4"-5" straight out of the hood of the car. I think this would make 1000hp if not more.
