Default 94 civic Heat not working.please help!

I have a 94 civic hatch swap with b18a1 boosted ,but my heat hasnt working since i got the car and its geting very cold 25-30 everynight ,and iv been trying to fix the heat for 2 weeks .

i flushed the whole system and water runs through the heater core fine no leaks thermo was changed about 4 months ago when the car started overheating because the fan went out ,so i staright wired the fan and replaced the thermo .and still no heat the bottow radiator hose dosnt get hot so i thought maybe its because the fans always on so i unhooked the fan and let it run for awhile and got worried because the temp gauge stays at 1/4 and it didnt move from there so i drove it down the road with the fan off still didnt move ,come back home and the bottow radiator hose with alittle warm but still cold .

Please help i dont know whats going on iv tryied everything thanks alot

Are both heater hoses hot? If not make sure your heater control valve is open (back of the fire wall)

Also check your heater control valve under the dash to see if its moving when you put it to heat (under dash)

If you haven't fixed this in a month's time you need to just take it to a shop.
