help please - no power to headlights, dash, taillights
I have a 92 Honda civic it has no power headlights will not come no taillights will not crank no dash lights I have checked fuses under hood and have new battery what do I do

Check your grounds? What's the history of the car? Did it work yesterday but not today? More details please.

Recheck your fuses both under the hood and under the dash and make sure they're in their proper place. That's happened to me before. Your car won't start unless your fuses are where they belong.

Check fuses under dash if they are good make sure the switch to turn them on is getting power. Could be wire between fuse block and switch or a bad switch.
