93 EG Sedan. Funtion 7, koni/ground control, b16a3, lsd, etc.
Up for sale is my 93 civic sedan. The car has a B16a3 our of a del sol with a lsd transmission. The motor is estimated to at 90k although I have no evidence of that. It consume no oil and gets 33mpg on the highway. It ran a 14.88 the one time I took it to the drag strip so it's a healthy motor. Since spring the car has a new windsheild, ngk plugs and wires, a new fuel filter, koni ground/ controls brand new, and function 7 rlca's.
Pros-
-Koni yellow shocks/ Ground controls coils. (400lbs front/ 500lbs. rear. Very neutral for autocrossing.) approx. 10k miles
- Function 7 rear lower control arms with a gsr rear swaybar. 10k miles also
-Hawk Hp+ front brake pads. They are a little squeaky but they never fade.
-I/h/e The car is not to loud as it has a resonator in the piping.
-It has a lsd trans, fiberimages hood and full 99 civic si front and rear seats.
-Sony cd player with aux input.
-No check engine lights.
-Pretty fresh all seasons on the steelies. ( check my other threads for summer tires).
Cons-
- Rust, the car has been repainted and when I went to roll the rear fenders I found out it was repaired with Bondo. This is the biggest issue with the car
-The front end is getting a little squeaky it could use some new bushings. All the Ball joints/tie rods were checked when I aligned the car after the suspension install.
-The carpet was replace by the previous owner and fit really bad. Not only does it fit bad, he really didn't take car of it so it's pretty stained. Still not bad for a 19 year old car.
Price? I am pretty firm on wanting to get 2500$ out of the car. It's worth that just in the sum of parts it has on it. I am in no rush to sell it so I really don't want to hear your lowballs or trades. At this point I am not interested in parting the car out. This is a great car to get into startup and drive it has no issues that need attending to and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country. It handles like it's on rails and vtec pulls just as it should.

It is too bad, this a great beater with a heater for this price. Or a body mans special. This car with some patch panels would be a really clean civic.
