What sizes are these V-bands?

What sizes are these V-bands?
My exhaust:
It doesn't seem like it's 3". I am pretty certain the whole exhaust from front to back is 3". Now looking at it it seems as though only the outside diameter is 3".
And my down pipe. What pipe size reducer do I need in order to match everything up to my exhaust piping?
I can't barely tell what size each is.

Looks like I need to buy a Vband for my exhaust at a 2.5" diameter, and one for my downpipe at a 3" diameter? and buy a 3"-2.5" reducer to have it all connect properly?

a 3" v-band outside diameter measures 3.75" so based on ur pics the one is def a 3" v-band and the fact the other one looks to be 1/2" smaller in diameter i would say its a 2.5 v-band flange.
