EM1 - Two O2 sensors in 5 months..Damn what happens??
I see posts coming up swearing by OEM products..... I bought denso too, and they're fine I think.
It could be getting either too hot if you're using some aftermarket exhaust... That theory could be wrong though..
do you use any cleaning products in your engine bay especially near intake?
Did you put too much of the antiseize when installed? Or is it the wiring that's breaking.
Have you replaced the catalytic converter or using an aftermarket system?

Ron,
Would the same free air calibration method for widebands be the same for narrows? improper calibration will shorten the life of a wideband.. sounds like the same symptoms.
just throwin my 02 out there

P0131 can be caused by an out of spec fuel pressure, a bad O2 sensor, a short in one of the O2 sensor wires, or a bad ECU.
I think the OP should start by measuring the fuel pressure.
