Default B16A swap in a ef having some issues

I bought a EF with a b16a Swap and ive been having issues. The engine revs soo slowly yet when its in gear it feels like its reving thru molases.I did search the forum and looked up some of the possible issues.I pulled a o2 cel code "One blink".the Swap looks clean, both o2s are connected,If i disconnect the MAP and the TPS the idle goes up or down depending on which one i disconnect.I have the Fuel Pressure regulator connected directly to the manifold but next to the MAP i only have the purge valve solenoid i dont have a Fuel pressure cut off solenoid.now ive tried to check timing but dont have a lower cover to line up the marks but the timing belt is on correct the upper marks line up.The car idles fine No check engine light is on.All the plugs are connected i have the TPS and MAP connectors put on the right ones as per the colors on the wires. Its frustrating me to no end because its a great car otherwise.Any suggestions ?Im not a noob but im unfamiliar with hondas.I know this should run alot better any help would be appreciated.

what size is your exhaust/intake. what weight oil did u put in it. sometimes people put super heavy oil or kerosene in the oil to hide things.
