Default Best All-in-One Monitor

I have a Civic Si 2010 which I just got this last week and I want to know what's the best aftermarket All-in-One Monitor for my car. Like, It can play music while I'm using the Navigation System and can do other stuff like Radio, Automatic Answering your cellphone call or something close to that. Thanks a lot!

Pioneer, alpine, kenwood. Look around and find something in your budget and features you like.

I like Clarion. Look at the NX702. Awesome features.
