99 si sunroof isnt working

99 si sunroof isnt working
i got a 99 si the sunroof still isnt working. bought new relays (can hear them click when pushing the switch), new motor tried two already, fuses are good, switch is good and i can hand crank it really easy any one have any other suggestions
