It looks to be a build wish list and he seems to be looking for affirmation that what he has chosen are good parts.
No need for adjustable cam gears if you are keeping the stock cam.
Big issue I see with your list is that it is lacking any Honda OEM parts for the engine to be taken care of. Most important part is the health of the current engine and it's parts.

But thing is my engine has already been totaly rebuilt so I dont need any OEM parts it. It is a rebuilt F20B from an Acura Integra. I'm looking into making the car a track worthy car. Everything on the car is stock except for the engine. So i'm trying to change it. And yes it is a wish list because i'm looking into buying these parts but i cant get them right now because i'm currently deployed with the Marines and i have no where to send my parts.
Ummm F20b isnt from the integra... You dont have any family you can send parts to? When I was deployed both times I just bought parts and had them sent to my parents house.
A T25 is going to be much to small now a t28R would be a better choice...

I always thought that the ITR came with a B18C in Japan. The DOHC F20B came out of the CF4, CF5, CF9, CL3 Honda Accord and Honda Torneo from Japan.
How much boost it can take depends on the compression ratio of the engine. Stock F20B compression is 11:1 and won't take well to high boost numbers. Mild boost is doable with the addition of meth or water injection and a very extensive tuning session.
Again this all depends on how you built the engine.....
What pistons and rods did you use?

The rods and pistons were replaced with standard ones for the engine... Would you reccomend getting high end rods and pistons for what i'm trying to do?
If you want to go with high boost you would be better off getting a set of lower compression forged pistons and a set of stronger H beam rods w/ARP rod bolts. If I remember correctly Bisimoto.com has a reasonable price on a piston & rod combo.
Rods; Bisimoto F20B steel H beam Rods
Pistons; Bisimoto F20B 8.4:1 CR Pistons
Or you could talk to to the guys at Race Engineering and see if you can get a deal on a set of Wiseco pistons and some rods. They gave me a pretty good deal on my custom Wiseco pistons and Carrillo rods a while back. I think they have a free shipping deal on Carrillo rods now.

That would pretty much do it for your bottom end. Outside of the obvious turbo parts, what are you planning on using for engine management? EMS and tuning is really one of the most important parts of a build.
Well this is my first build and i'm not sure what i should get... everything is basiclly stock. Is there a difference in changing the EMS?
You don't want 11:1 if you are going boost..... and there is no choice in the matter of changing your EMS if you go boost. You will need a tunable EMS/ECU. For what it's worth, 11:1 is the stock compression ratio for the F20B.
What lane are you choosing to go down here, Naturally Aspirated (11:1+ compression) or Forced Induction (compression is usually 9:1 or lower for big PSI)?

Another item I recommend for force induction applications would be investing on a set of quality valve springs and titanium retainers. Even with factory camshafts, the addition of boost pressures behind the intake valves can create valve float at high rpms causing loss in power.
Bisimoto offers Turbo Pro springs and titanium retainers that utilize higher seat pressures than Bisimoto All Motor spring/retainer kit. With these higher seat pressures designed specifically for force induction setups, you will have no worries of float.
I am also a big believer in starting with the end in mind. With these installed, if you choose to upgrade to performance camshafts later down the road you will know your valvetrain can handle them.
If you have any questions related to Bisimoto products or services, feel free to reach me at the office or shoot me a PM.

I have gotten a lot of feed back from friends with track cars and they said " If you want to do it right, replace everything in the engine for racing." So thats what i'll be doing.
