Are H22and F22B1 transmissions interchangeable?

My topic title pretty much describes what I am wondering...I have an F22B1 manual tranny which I will sell to my friend with an H22 IF they are the same or similiar....

It will bolt up fine. It will have longer gear ratios.

they're interchangeable. but it's a waste putting an f22 tranny on an h22a.

sort of like using an ls tranny on a gsr or itr motor.
