Default Oil Leak Behind Crank Pulley

Long time reader, first time poster. Just learning how to break cars on my own. On my 2000 Civic CX, D16Y7 engine (108K miles), I have a slow oil leak a few inches aft of the crankshaft pulley.

Which gasket/s should I replace? I just replaced my distributor o-ring. Should I just go in and replace EVERY gasket? Thanks for your time.

It is the oil pump seal. Take the pulley off then the belt and gear. replace seal or entire oil pump(which wouldn't be a bad idea.)

Thanks. Are there any other gaskets I might as well replace "while I'm in there?" I have 40K on my timing belt - should I replace that, too?

if any oil has gone onto the T belt replace it. Not a bad idea to replace all seals once you are at it
