I'm having some problems with my civic for about a week. Ive maded a coupe of posts and no replies. When my civic is cold it runs and revs to 8,000 rpms fine but when it warms up it wont rev over 3,000 rpms and the check engine light flashes and the main rely clicks and when i let go of the gas it slowly stalls. I'm really stressed out i really need help i would appreciate some help THANK U Ps The check engine code is P0135 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1) and a P1259 Vtec System Malfunction but the P1259 Code goes away once i clear the codes.

 

Pretty sure a blinking cel means you have a misfire

How is the motor wired? All sensors in working order what ecu are you running?

 

Does unplugging the primary O2 sensor eliminate the issue?

Is 7.5A dash fuse 15 blown?
