B18C LS/VTEC B18B block running lean at full throttle
hey i need help before my motor goes bang i cant figure thiss out i have swaped a ls vtec into my 1995 civic coupe i have a p28 chiped ecu (gsr tune i was told lol) but im not 100% sure it runs great cold but once it worms up things get weak looses power feels like my d16 for power but ill get to the problom once i press on the gas to 100% throttle it starts climbing on my turbo timer (no boost just all motor) i have a wide band but its not hooked up yet but i know it leans i can be driveing in 5th and slowly push on gas and it stays once it gets close to full throttle it dont bog but you can feel the power gut out and a/f starts climbing out of sight im running d16 injectors and fuel puressure regulator but my buds ls has the same only hes got the b16 head insted of b18c anyways im running the stock gsr mani with the butterfly valve wide open dont make a diff closed my vac lines are all good and timeing is dead on i used timeing light hopefully we can figure this out i didnt swap to a bigger motor for probloms and to keep or make less power than the old d16z6 thanks guys. i also got a vafc (vtec controler) but it isnt enough to richin it out.
