Default Parking light wiring issue

I've searched all over but I can't seem to find any help by looking at diagrams or searching other forums.

For some reason my front right parking light stays on at all times whether the ignition is on or not so I've been leaving the bulb out. When I activate my right turn signal the rear one is fine but my front one stays solid but dims a tiny bit for each flash. And it does the same with the hazards on, and it doesn't matter what setting I have my combo switch on (off/parking/headlights) my one front right corner light does the same thing while all the other lights are working perfect so it seems to be isolated to just that one light so it has to be with the wiring

Its a 96 prelude and it doesnt have the individual turn and side marker lights instead they are all combined into the parking light in the corner of my headlight assembly.

No there are no blown fuses, the light bulb is brand new and I've tried multiple, does anyone know what my problem could be?

Well that's kind of a given I just don't know what wire from where to check. It's obviously getting power but I just can't seem to wrap my head around what would make it stay on like it does
