Default GsR cams on my b16?

I heard that my cams suck ***** and i need to upgrade. I was told the easiest and cheapest route is too get some GSR cams, because no valvetrain upgrades are needed. My question is how much would you expect to pay for GSR cams from like a junkyard? Also are they easy to install? How much will a shop charge for installation. Also where will i notice the most power gain....up top?? Thanks (This is b16_incarnate with a b16a1....accidently posted on my homies name)

You can find some for about 50-100 bucks. Dont get a shop to install, get you and your boys to do it, and you also get experience.

http://www.partstrader.com is not working? So they're really that cheap. Is it going to be hard to install those cams, because ive never done them before. So where will the gains be noticed at??
