b16a to b20 parts interchangeablitity
I'm swapping a b20 in my crx with 1st gen b16a already in it and I have a couple questions and some stuff I want to confirm.
1. I bought an bare 90 ls tranny, so would a b16a clutch, pp, flywheel, starter bolt up to the b20\ls trans combo?
2. The b20 distributor can be used with the original crx si wiring harness right, just change the plugs?
3. Will the 1st gen non-obd b16a throttle body bolt to a 95 ls intake manifold?
4. Would it be a bad idea to use a pr4 ecu if going turbo, since it supposedly runs lean? I would be using a fmu setup.
thanks in advance,
Brad

1. All those parts are associated with the tranny and therefore have nothing to do with the motor...so yes you can use them.
2. The b20 distributor is obd2 so you would have to use an obd2 ecu and convert the car to obd2 which means probably more hassle than it is worth.
3. Not sure on this one.
4. Which PR4...from what year teg? Not sure on the lean part. BTW, screw the fmu crap do an afc hack or smc hack, just my advice from what others have told me.
EDIT: I know what pp is so nevermind.

thanks Jeff C,
I read that you could rewire the obd2 b20 distributor to work with an obd0 harness/ecu. Anyone know if this is possible?
Ecu would be from a nonobd teg.
